They fool their customers

Horrible service. They have zero sense of responsibility. I have ordered a cake for a birthday occasion which was supposed to be delivered by 8 am to 2 pm the same day. They don't even have the courtesy to atleast inform early that they will not be able to deliver that. A lady called me at 6:30 pm the birthday night and said that they will not be able to deliver the cake today. And the nonsense act was that she was asking me to postpone the delivery to tomorrow as if the birthday can be shifted.Now they are not even refunding the money.
