This is how even the leading bank like HDFC is doing fraud with its customers.

Hello veterans....A few days ago I posted in the group that even after spending the requisite money with HDFC CC in stipulated time period, I was not provided any Amazon/Flipkart vouchers as promised by the HDFC marketing team through mails and messages.
I was suggested by the group members here to take it up to the HDFC support service and I did the same. IMG20240404173903After 4-5 times correspondences with HDFC team and submitting the proof of the offers that i received on mail/message (Luckily i was able to find two of the three offers on mail/msg)...I have been eventually provided two Amazon vouchers of value ₹500/- each.IMG20240404173749However, as per all the three offers that I got on my mail/msg...I was eligible to receive ₹250x4, ₹500x1 and ₹500x1 vouchers. Still, I m partially satisfied that I at least got vouchers worth ₹1000/-.
I just want to thank all the desidime teams for their kind suggestions and say that seeing all these ignorance from the leading bank...we ourselves have to be active towards our expenses & offers and shd do the timely correspondence with the support team.

@Joker_Phodger ... when it comes to offer from HDFC Bank, I do the following without fail :

- I label the email received so as to remember it later because HDFC Bank customer support demands offer link, screenshot and everything related to the offer

- I maintain a note in my mobile phone which has the details and offer fulfilment last date (this is the note I open rarely and in case HDFC Bank provides the voucher, I delete the entry from that note ... in case I open it and find that something is pending after the fulfilment date has passed, I write an email to them)

- most important step is to take a full page screenshot of the offer link provided because HDFC Bank's offer link expires after a certain time, so, this is very very helpful and acts as a slap on HDFC Bank's customer service team's face when they ask for all the details pertaining to the offer

It sounds like a lot but since this has been the process for me, it doesn't take more than 5 minutes for me and is quite helpful in demanding back what's meant for me else HDFC Bank tends to miss out on most of the offers and rarely they oblige with vouchers

Something similar trait I've found with IDFC First Bank too now and I at least label the offer email received from them too ... that's the only step I follow in case of IDFC First Bank.

if voucher delivery date is already over...you must contact the support immediately...as delaying may cause loosing the vouchers

Usually the sequence od events is not 'first become a leading organisation' > then engage in deceit, lies, malpractices.

It is the other way round.
That is to say that these very malpractices, conniving forms the very foundations of pushing them on the trajectory to be the 'leading' player.

To assume anything ', is to be naive.

Good for you that you could show then some of the proofs.
Bad for you that those were not enough for them to keep their end of the deal and that you are likely giving up too and defacto encouraging or at-least emboldening them to continue indulging in such malpractices unchecked.

I am following these steps too, but not as perfectly as you are. Nevertheless, I will continue to follow your footsteps!
