fc credit which was transferred to fc wallet first, recd instantly via imps in back a/c.
no whereabouts on fc credit which were withdrawn to bank without transferring to fc wallet. no details in transaction history …..only email with wrong details recd….credit vanished.

Whereas if we transfer from old FC to new FC and then transfer to bank it shows the history

I am trying to transfer my freecharge wallet money since yesterday but always getting the same error to try after sometime.I have even contacted freecharge but they are just sending predefined emails,tweets and replies.Does anyone knows freecharge contact number ?

can the money added using freefund code be transferred to the bank…has anyone tried it?

Hi. did 2 add cash transactions. one succeeded, second one failed. Have written to customer care. Can i do anything to expedite their response? Also, are dimers recommeding that instead of transferring cash directly to account, we shud first transfer to FC credit and from there to account? If yes, how to transferr added cash to FC credits>>

this freecharge transfer money to bank service is not working anymore,always giving error to try after sometime!

Got a Kotak NEFT payment notification on Saturday, the amt is yet to be reflected in the bank ac.

+1, I also received money in account after 15 days.

they are not transferring cashback money in banks!!

got same msg of same transfer amount twice on two different email id with different date of transfer to same a/c.
btw, i hv got credit in another a/c from different account.

I had initiated a direct transfer to bank account while upgrading on 22 September. Got my money after 11 days on 03 October.

is any way to transfer fc voucher balance to bank
