timtara.com is a FRAUD&CHEATER

i am Gaurav nagrath and i have placed an order on this shopping site TIMTARA.COM for a plasma TV my order number is -10097383 ,it was placed on 17th march 2012 in the name of my father Mr. Satish Nagrath. they promised me to deliver the product within 15 working days..i made payment through my credit card..but didn’t kept there promise. i didn’t received my product till now .moreover they are not responding either to my calls or my mails…i try very hard to speak to them and after 20 to 40 calls they attend my phone simply either to disconnect or hang up.in two of my successful attempts to speak to them first i was informed that my product is being dispatched and simultaneously in second attempt (i.e., after a week) i was informed that my product is still to dispatch.they are just making fool of their costumers.they don’t answer calls.THEY ARE SIMPLY FRAUDS CHEATING INNOCENT COSTUMERS.please take some serious action against them so that they can’t fool anymore people… please help me get back my product or my money which is with them since past 1 1/2 month.
Really looking forward for your support and help,because i m see timtara advertisement on your site page.i hope firstly u ban this site as they are not at all trust worthy. they have been black listed by INDIAN COSTUMER FORUM…. moreover on other consumer protection sites like akosha,grahak sewa…etc have maximum number of complaints registered against them…they will only harm your goodwill.please take care of this matter.
