Today i applied for axis ace for my wife and now she is at vkyc step but the problem is that she is not familiar with the vkyc process. 2 months ago when i applied tata neu card for her than vkyc was rejected as she was asking answers from me on live vkyc which is kot permissible. So if anyone has recently completed vkyc for axis ace kindly guide me what all was asked during process. Also if anyone has any tips for vkyc than please share with me. Thanks
On the same boat🤣 was only able to get her 2-3 cards for which kyc was done physically. First of all my wife doesn't know hindi that much. Then she was unable to ans what she was asked and constantly asking me lol 🤣🤣
Since no mention of income documents will it be asked during physical kyc if vkyc is rejected
Most of the times the vkyc questions are pre determined. Maybe try making to learn the specific answers of questions. Like what is your NAME DOB ADDRESS INCOME JOB show pan card do sign on paper etc. i have never encountered anyone asking other than these questions.
Or tell the vkyc agent that my wife loves me so much she does not want to answer questions from any other man so thats why she answered after my approval😗😗
But physical kyc is better if the concerned person is unable/uncomfortable for vkyc.
So tips for physical kyc.
1) be present at the time of kyc🤣
2) give the documents mostly pan adhar xerox ITR/income(if aksed)
3) PHOTU of your home,wifes pretty face and sign

It's important to stay calm, take a few seconds to understand what is asked and then respond.
More of things that will be asked to verify identity....
Your name,
Mother's maiden name,
Confirm address.
You will be asked to switch between back and front camera, to capture the details. You image will be captured.
That's it. it is difficult for people of certain age and with low English proficiency. But it's possible, with a little patience.
write all the answers like salaried, pincode, city, dob, mother's name, company with marker on piece of paper. during vkyc, u point to the answer and if she's unsure, instead of asking you, she should ask the agent to repeat the question.
