Only SBI has chances of instant approval. Not guaranteed though.
I applied for sbi simplyclick. No prior relationship. It is put on physical kyc and no agent has called yet
If desperately want for offers then open 50k fd in icicicicicici. And get fd based cc.

I got my sbi simplyclick physical card within 2 days. No physical or video kyc. Only linked via digilocker .
But on the other hand Icici platinum card application is still under process since 3 days and seems no sign of approval for next week too.

Better to find a friend who has cc's which having offers in sale.

I had a call on 18 Nov from sbi backend team saying reason for denial was U4 underwriting judgement
They offered to initiate fresh application
Today I got a message saying sbi is checking credit score & verification call immediately
Now what's the point of giving me card when all sales over?
This company doesn't care about cx bitter experience
