I think you can use any toothpaste but in pea size as kids usually swallow toothpaste

We use Cheerio Toothpaste for both of my kids from many years. It is costly but good and pretty soft for kids

I have tried vicco(less chemicals), homeodent and vantej(recommended by my dentist), he says not all chemicals are bad and flouride not bad.
