They shipped me wrong product and decline my return request and told that the original product sent by them so they not return or exchange

You will never getting refund from ajio. Once I ordered 2gram 24 carat gold coin. They are not shipping item so after 15 days I cancel item but refund not received. Hence I regularly talk to customer care regarding send a product or give refund but no help from their side for 2 months. Then I had complained it to consumer court and then I received refund. So ajio has totally pathetic customer service. So, I advise you to complaint it to consumer court for your justice. @suhanimittal201197
