You will never getting refund from ajio. Once I ordered 2gram 24 carat gold coin. They are not shipping item so after 15 days I cancel item but refund not received. Hence I regularly talk to customer care regarding send a product or give refund but no help from their side for 2 months. Then I had complained it to consumer court and then I received refund. So ajio has totally pathetic customer service. So, I advise you to complaint it to consumer court for your justice. @suhanimittal201197
