Bought a product from them, delivered me wrong one. Following it with them for more than two months, every support person will pitch in and ask for the detail so I’ve to tell him/her the complete story.

They are useless idiots, don’t know how to do business.

Avoid buying product from them as much as possible.

Wasted my most of the time dropping mail and calling them.

I cannot put all my conversation withing this limited space, I’ll just highlight one last communication with them.

“After re-sending the product, I didn’t receive any acknowledgement or mail confirmation from Shopclues, so I tracked with shipment no. and found out the item reached them as usual initiated conversation with them asking for status”.

Now they are asking for “Proof of Delivery”.
