Transaction not visible in gpay account

Hi,
A person has send money to me but the transaction is not showing in the gpay account, I have got the sms for the same from verified sms( other transaction message were from the same sms name).
Did any one face this issue with transaction not visible in the gpay transaction history?
He also send me the transaction recepit containing both gpay and upi transaction id.
Is there any way i can check the transaction in gpay account?
However,
1. I got the money but i still i need to see the same transaction in the transaction history.

Looks like the person send me the money directly to bank account hence i did not see the transaction history, Confirmed the same with CC
