Transaction was successful even after entering wrong cvv

I made a transaction on mobikwik using standard chartered bank debit card. I entered wrong cvv and correct otp and still the transaction was successful.
Any one else has faced such weird issue with standard chartered bank?

I've faced a strange issue once with Bank of Baroda (BOB) debit card. The virtual debit card which is shown in the BOBWorld app changed its CVV automatically on its own after a few days (even though the card number remained the same). The transaction succeeds with the old CVV (which I had written down). Haven't tried with the new CVV for the same card.
