Transfer amount from PayTM without sms verification of device

I have some 800/- in the PayTM wallet for fastag. Now is there a way to transfer it out or pay for some app. All apps which were earlier linked is asking for verification again which requires SMS verification from PayTM app. Minimum prepaid SMS pack for Vi seems to be Rs179/-
Can i send email to PayTM and ask to transfer it to bank account or any way to utilise this amount. Thanks !!

I recharged with 128+10 (delhi ncr) for message verification. Messages are chargeable though.

Maybe by linking to some other wallet that can pay using balance
Or ask them to close account & wallet. They'll ask for cancelled cheque to transfer balance
