I want to know any trick working right now for transferring rupay credit card balance to bank account without any charges...
I have Gpay, Phonepe, Amazon, Paytm merchant accounts.
Please help me as soon as possible

Go to your Gpay for business account and enable receiving payment via CC UPI by updating your business category. Don't enable accepting payments of more than 2000 as of now(As it will incur you a flat charge of 1-2% ). After updating your business category you can receive payment from your Rupay CC without any charges but the payment amount should be below or equal to 2000. Just transfer the needed amount from your CC to the bank in chunks of 2000 or below amount. Don't do excessive transactions to one merchant as it will escalate issues of misusing the CC.
Last time aisa karne par paytm business block Kar diya tha.. and itna doc Manga ki hamne diya hi nahi.. but after month unban automatically. They said give detail invoice of all transaction.. maine bola ye pan ki dukan hai.. yaha kya computer like baithu.. then I didn't talked.. after month wo samjh gaye.. 
Using business account would someday hurt these guys who are misuing it.
Once you setup a business account, the amount you will receive will be visible in your AIS statement and could incurr taxes
