155 with 300 sms. Talked to CC couple of months earlier and she told that with 128 or 129 recharge you can send sms from main balance but no free sms in that pack. Didn't try myself. So you may recharge with 155 to be sure. I too had to do same just to send 1 sms

There is issue with rupay credit cards via uber.... The card is not showing... Also when adding the card there itself... It disappear.... Whereas visa credit cards working fine....
