truemeds not allowing Amex payment

When i try to enter my Amex card number, i get error that please enter valod card number.
Basically truemeds expect 16 digit card number but amex is 15 digit.
Can we not use Amex on truemeds?

That's not possible because the 1st 4 digits decide the network type (Amex)

That means there payment gateway doesn't support amex card
