The pricing is very competitive and on almost all occasions, I have received prices lower than local stores or online shopping stores. 
Especially mobile app is very good & huge discount on some items using coupons. According to me best deal @ tradus so far was 16GB pen drive at just Rs.360.
The packaging has been excellent and the customer service has been very good and responsive. I have ordered many things on it and received very fast, within 3 days and the service is also very good. Also the goods are really brand new and original.
