Twid Pay cashback issue

Hi Dimers,

I bought a phone on Samsung website via Twid pay in October. I was promised a cashback of 10% which was supposed to be credited after 7-15 days of delivery. I didn't check whether they added the 10% or not. So, on 1 December I was doing a transaction through twid pay but didn't see any cashback. I tweeted them and also sent a mail. They didn't reply to the tweet, but were supposed to revert back within 24 hours on mail.
It's been 3 days and still haven't got any reply. The amount is big and I don't want to lose it. I would appreciate your inputs on this issue.

it is not there. As confirmed by them, it was expired on 17 November whereas nothing of that sort was mentioned on the offer t&c, their app or on the text messafe they sent.

I think its already expired as twid cashback validity is very low

As @Gauravmittal49589 has rightly stated, the maximum validity of Twid Pay With Rewards cashback (more of a coupon) that I have seen is 1 month assuming you got the coupon on the 1st of the month.

The coupon is also activated only 7-14 days after the first transaction and is valid for only 7-14 days thereafter.

They do send an SMS nowadays mentioning the coupon validity dates. Check if they sent it to you in October. Don't have any hopes though. Think of it as an expensive lesson learnt.
