Uber/Ola pathetic service

Hi dimers,

From past few months I was having pathetic service with uber/ola. Especially with uber/ola getting auto ride has been getting pathetic day by day. Almost all drivers are cancelling trips, demanding cash and earlier I use to have issues with only autos but currently even pool and normal rides are also getting canceled from drivers.
I am from Hyderabad May I know if there is any alternatives available for shorter distance with 3-5km range. Uber Moto,Rapido are somewhat better but due to my leg issue I avoid bikes.
