How to book Shuttle
Request
Enter your destination, select the ‘Shuttle’ option, review your fare, select your preferred route & pick-up timing, and then tap request. We will send you the driver and bus details 25 min before your journey.
Pickup
You can track the shuttle via the app before your pickup time. Walk to the pickup spot you see on the map and make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before your trip. The driver will only wait for max 2 minutes at the pickup spot
On Trip
Board the bus and travel in comfort
Drop off
Your driver will drop you at the designated drop off point. In the Uber app you can see walking directions to your final destination.
Shuttle operates from 6:00 am to 10:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check out our app for exact timings for your preferred route.

I don't think it's a profitable business as of now, because 'Shuttl' app stopped their services recently because of high costs
Uber Shuttle prices are comparatively high compared to any carpool that you might get. Also they take a lot of time because they need to stop here and there. In heavy traffic areas like Delhi NCR you don't want to waste 30 minutes extra in the morning and 30 minutes extra in the evening on these services
You know any carpool service?
For my route normal cab shows 800+ for 4, for which I have to find 4 people, while shuttle just shows 185 for one (also if you buy pass you get additional 30-50% off)
I do agree for extra time point that they take extra time because they need to cater to the route that fetches max num of passengers, but this can be assumed as trade off for comfort you are getting by not changing different metros and not traveling standing for allmost full route.
