UIDAI makes this Aadhaar facility free for three months.

TIMES OF INDIA: The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has decided to allow citizens to update their documents in their Aadhaar online free of cost. The people-centric move is aimed to benefit millions of residents across the country. As part of the Digital India initiative, the UIDAI is urging residents to get the benefit of a free document update facility on myAadhaar portal.

If we upload the docs as per the list required will the address be updated according to that document what about photo

AFAIK first you need to fill your new address and attach the proof for the same. They will verify and update the same. 

Regarding photo, i doubt you can update that. 😂

This update of 10 years is just a validation of address ie upload docs even if we reside at same address
