Unable to add money in paytm wallet.

It has been more than 6 months since this issue where I'm unable to load my Paytm wallet as no payment source (upi,debit,credit card) seems to work giving the same error: "We regret to you that currently your transaction is not supported owing to internal criteria" (screenshot attached). Tried contacting the customer support but they seem to be utter useless. Can anyone help with this issue or may know a fix for the same. Thanks

I tried contacting them everywhere,they just raise the issue and it get automatically resolved after a week. Utterly useless service

This might be due to excessive use of account or it's done be Paytm to Random users.
Mine is stame status for last 2 years
