Unable to add money to payzapp via credit card

i am not able to add money to payzapp wallet via credit card. It ask to save card first and charge Rs. 2 for card verification. Even after verification and getting notification that card added successfully, card is not getting added to saved cards. It doesn't allow to add money without saving card.

Anyone else facing same issue? Any resolution?

If you have latest 5g android smartphone you can add money in payzapp wallet without saving any card. i tested this thing myself. I have XIAOMI note 5 pro in which payzapp asks to add card for adding money and then too i face many issues while adding money. My father has xiaomi 10i in which i am able to add money without adding card seamlessly . All i can say is payzapp works differently on different phones.
