I got SMS and OneScore app shows that I have a pre-approved OneCard along with credit limit details. When I click on avail card, the OneCard app opens up and gives the following error

SO, keep an eye on updates from us.
Tried emailing CC but no response even after 4 days. Any help with this regards please?
I received an SMS again today. Within one hour I tried availing but got the same error again

I was approved for onecard in 2020 did not take it, since then till now same error in onecard app. Tried contacting them on twitter, they are of no help.

Well, at least they gave taste of metal card for free in India, now even if they handover existing clients to respective banks, like they're doing for IDFC (some getting wealth cards), I'd be fine holding that as a souvenir and would take up the federal bank card... good for bank offers if nothing more. @tappukepapa @cool07
Sometimes some phone number might have data on their servers that can deny issuance, good news for you though.
Slightly off topic can anyone tell approximately how much time after getting the card onecard offers limit enhancement, i got in feb end this year and had no credit history that time so i am in 15k elite club and want to get rid from it.
@kaleen I got OneCard in Jan this year, LE needs atleast 6 generated statements and fully paid after which AI system may trigger offer in app. If someone wishes to manually request after 6 statements,only ITR will be accepted, bank statements and salary slip are not - 2 times confirmed by phone customer care.
I did not pursue LE request till now, nor did I receive any offer yet. I already have many times of your limit though.
Yes my six months are about to get complete this week, and i also asked customer care but they informed me it will be triggered automatically once you are eligible, i also offered to give salary slips but they lied saying there is no manual provision for increased as of now. So i guess would have to wait then.
