unable to claim jio data voucher

No one able to redeem it i think ( 5 gb also unable to redeem)

What is the expiry date of jio vouchers? If a 555 or 599 plan is ending soon then can we use the voucher on the next plan start date?

Uninstall the app after claiming but if ur plan is expiring before the voucher. Then don’t claim it now. Claim it after ur next plan comes into affect.

what is the point of uninstalling app then?
appne aur confuse kardiya. in jio vouchers ko claim karne ki koi validity hoti hai kya? are they tied up with current active plan ki they are to be used in the current active plan only?

1. Don’t need the waste app in phone.
2. Vouchers ki expiry dates hoti hai. Lekin jaise hi aap unhe claim karenge woh current plan ki expiry date se attach ho jayenge.

After Activating The voucher validity is Base Plan Validity.
And Voucher Should be redeemed under 90 Days from Date of credit (Few months ago asked through customer care)

my base plan is getting over in 10 days. so if i active the same in next recharge of base plan it will be there?jio customer care se pucha bade himmat vale ho 22g

yes voucher will be there but first recharge with base plan. Then redeem voucher.

If your plan is queued, then activate the next plan before the expiry of current plan. So that the data voucher validity extends to that of active plan. Previously worked, but not sure now.

I got 1 gb data voucher from game on jio app but when I try to claim in the my winnings section, it is redirected to the app's home page voucher section and shows nothing!
