Unable to get group deal alerts on Telegram

Now that Desidime has shut down its WhatsApp channel, I am unable to receive deal alerts from the groups that I have subscribed on the telegram app. Since desidime app consumes a lot of battery in the background I force stop the app thus unable to receive push notifications. Any solution for this issue?
