i am unable to order mobile from tata neu app/website. it says payment pending after entering card details. OTP screen is not shown.
problem is with tata neu & not with cards. this error is shown for all cards although they work in other websites.
anyone give solution.

change the card, then it will work. It's not allowing any particular card means, offer is not applicable to that card.
