unable to pay credit card payment on new SBI cashback card

I am unable to do bill payment on my new SBI cashback credit card through platforms like gpay, mobikwik, Paytm. No error message is coming. In gpay, unable to find the match after entering last 4 digit and mobile number. In mobikwik, after choosing upi or dc, next page not coming. Payment done through SBI card application was successful. Any solution for making it enable on other apps?

for some credit cards, one cannot pay through 3rd party apps, try internet banking and from second bill onwards you can pay via 3rd party apps
