Unable to pay LIC premium through Amazon pay balance

I am trying to pay LIC premium using amazon pay balance, its not working. Upon contacting customer care, they too responded the same. Is it over via amazon pay balance to pay for insurance?

It shows no credit card payment allowed. The Apay balance now stands 10k, but on the payment page its greyed out like I cant choose it. Earlier the partial payment via Apay balance and other payment method was allowed, but I am unable to find this time.

post a screenshot. At what step are you stuck? Payment failing, not accepting pay balance or anything else?

How much of that is in 'Gifts and Credits' @ramushamu23?
Since their takeover of Emvantage, Amazon Pay balance has been bifurcated into the traditional pay balance (gifts and credits) wh8ch was/is the gft credit balance (which does not come under the purview of RBI regulated wallet) and the stored value account/SVA component.
The Amazon Money/SVA part of the Pay balance does have various encumbrances.
Also, as @rockingneo suggested and you yourselves have a hunch, could you add another 17000 to the pay balance and see if it then enables the option.
(Amazon Money part of the pay balance is allowed to be transfered to bank, if things do not work out.)

I too noticed that Partial payment thru Amazon pay is not allowed. I then added Amazon GC to my account and once the whole amount was available in Amazon pay, I could pay.

May be you must have exhausted limit of no of bill payments in the said category.
I suppose limit is 5 per month
