Anyone has idea why we cannot upload cheque through the app. I have initiated closure of fastag. To get the refund of security deposit, I clicked on fastag closure and provide bank details. In the chat there comes an option to upload file/image. It's the last option but it's not clickable. Anyone found such issue. Also possible to connect with any agent to get help or any number for this issue will be helpful.

Are they asking for cheque now?
Thankfully closed fastag on 11th march, and received refund in wallet itself on 14th, transferred to bank same day

I have Paytm fastag installed on my car, unable to close it today used it on a toll plaza and balance was deducted from Paytm wallet.
Not able to understand, I was expecting it to be cut from my security balance

Fastag closure initiated successfully. There is security deposit of 250/- for that I am trying to claim. Go to closed fastag and check there, unless you want the deposit to be not claimed in wallet then it requires bank details. I guess if they are sending that amount to wallet, I am fine with it. It says it will take 5-7 working days initiated today.

Where you will get fasttag balance? In form of points?
Security deposit will be credited to bank account directly, right?
