Unable to use Hppay with fastag

Since past few days, hppay app is not working with fastag.
I am getting "customer has opted out for fuel" error.
HP executives are not aware of the issue.
They are not even replying to my mails sent to [email protected]
Anyone faced same issue? Any resolution?

The IDFC Fools have disabled the fuel option by default and have failed to communicate to the end user as always. You will have to Login https://firstforward.idfcfirstbank.com...in using this link and enable it on the dashboard.
Fuel choice was marked as inactive in IDFC dashboard.
Changed to active. Now working fine.

Has anybody used IOCL pump for fuel payment using ICICI fastag? Is it a smooth process?
Never tried IOCL.
When asked one - two IOCL bunks in my town said ICICI fastag works only at HP 😆 (their view appears incorrect but why argue)

I guess now they have introduced payback points. (~1% cb on txn value).
I am also facing same issue from last 2 days and customer support is not even answer properly about the issue..
It was working for me after that. But, quess what now all the offers are removed??? Any alternative?
Bro unable to see fastag balance on hppay app, I am new user, is it normal ? Btw I have 700rs fastag balance but 0 is shown in hppay app.
