Unable to use Imbolie ICICI app for credit cards

Hi all . I had an ICICI account that went dormant many years back. I recently got two Icici credit cards. I am unable to signup for imobile application as they keep asking for verification using the ATM/Debit card of the dormant account that i mentioned.
Currently I am using net banking to manage my credit cards. Is there any work around to signup on imobile with credit card?

U have the option to login with Netbanking in imobile

The first stage verification has 2 options. One using sms method and second using Netbanking. No matter which one i choose to verify and succeed when it comes to the second stage verification method is being asked with ATM/debit card

I too had the same problem few months ago. I closed the bank account and later I mailed cc to allow me to login with credit card. They did something in the backend and I am able to use I mobile app for amazon card.
