UNI app not opening after software update

Hi Dimers,
My Samsung F23 5g phone recently got updated.After that UNI app is not opening.Its getting stuck on the UNI screen page nothing else.Tried rebooting,Uninstall and reinstall but no luck.
What should be done.
P.S: I have raised the inc to UNI and they are looking into it.They also confirmed that if app doesn't opens than they will provide manual payment link.
