Debit card option is dead.
Don't waste time guys is you want Free Rupay Platinum Debite Card.
I tried in two variants of this banks
1st Account with more than 1L bal - generated Rupay Classic DC
2nd Account with 20K bal - still generated Rupay Classic DC.
So there is no direct option to get RuPay Platinum Debit Card
Better visit the branch and get clarity.
Waste so much time on this sh*tty app.
