Upgrade AU LIT to AU Vetta

I currently have AU LIT card where I have have been using the 5% cashback feature (500 rupees per cycle by spending 10000). I only use this card to get this 500 cashback every 30 days.
I have an option to upgrade to AU Vetta card LTF due to by employer being in their preferred list. Do you guys recommend for upgrading this LIT card to Vetta or continue with LIT?

They asked me send an email from registered email id mentioning company name & LTF upgrade and attaching company ID card.

Even I got the mail for upgraded any benifit for this card specially for 5% cb upto 500.
Is this feature limit will be increased.
Also 10x reward feature also be there for au lit , is this feature limit also increases.
