Ported to jio sim? Generally they will charge rs99 for newly ported users.

is FIR necessary for charge back? I have filed charge back against payment done to jio agent via paytm UPI. Jio agent did recharge of 299 but I paid rs. 398 and he is not returning extra.

extra amount is only 99. to be honest its not the issue but the way this jio agent is arrogant and do misleading activity. seriously none have act against him, its clear from his personality.

Any Updates? have you received your funds back or at least got his account frozen? I believe chargeback causes the scamsters account to be frozen indefinitely since you filled a FIR.
