Go to police, it's a criminal case.
Police will help you get your money back without much hassle.
These terms must be discussed before the transactions. It's owner's responsibility as well to get the money from the agent.
Remember, never pay broker/agent a single penny before the documentation/registry.
To add to what @rohit_mfp already mentioned...
File a complaint in cyber crime. File an online complaint in the local police station, if there is such a facility available. No CSR or FIR needed. Then forward those complaints to the scammer, the (source) bank, and NPCI. Do not try to contact the destination bank directly. If there is no resolution in the next 30 days, contact the nodal or any other authority. Read the bank's hierarchy while resolving issues. If no resolution in 90 days, contact RBI. You'll get your money back. It just takes time. It may take upto 12 months. Be patient. Do not file multiple complaints with the bank or RBI.
this is fraud, File FIR,
chargeback won't help much
There is no paperwork on terms agreed
How police will help
Bank Chargeback + UPI Chargeback (https://www.npci.org.in/what-we-do/upi/dispute-...) + Report on that Platform from where you send money + Cybercrime Report (https://cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/Inde...px)
Most Important Thing: Mentioned Exact What Happened in All these Places So, Maybe thing Works and you get your money back.
