UPI payment on Indian oil axis credit card always failing

I have tried to do UPI with axis bank Indian oil credit card on Paytm and none of them succeeded. Tried it in shops, payments on Paytm to buy gift card, etc all of them failed.
But when I try to do online shopping on vijya sales website, etc like a credit card then it works.
Anyone one faced this issue and any solution available?

just checked with POS enabled and tried to buy gift card on Paytm and still it went to awaiting for payment confirmation

try in other app like phonepe, googlepay,etc
also whenever you add your card in new upi app, there is some limit set by bank for 24-48hrs..
so if u recently added your card then wait 24-48 hrs and try again

My transaction failed two times at a petrol pump today through upi in Axis Indian Oil credit card. How many days required for refund??? Is it automatic or required any manual complaint ?
