Urgent help need regarding the refund for failed transaction

I tried to book a ticket on IRCTC for which i paid through payzapp wallet using my debit card. Transaction failed and money was debited from my account.
IRCTC CC claimed that they have not received the amount and asked me to contact Payzapp wallet CC.
Payzapp wallet CC asked me to file a dispute in bank for the same.
On contacting Bank CC they asked me to contact Payzapp Wallet CC as bank has nothing to do with that.

What should i do? Please suggest.

How much time has passed? in this case refund is automatically credited back in maximum 1 month
Either to PayZapp wallet or bank account

At first instance IRCTC CC said it will be credited back within 10 days. Later on they claim we did not receive the money.

Yes, actually issue with payzapp , they have become very lazy and going on the ways of mobikwik, IRCTC wont be doing anything here, you can only contact payzapp in this case

@Nik14 did you got the money back? I faced the same issue. Payment done but ticket not booked. Got a message from irctc that it will be refunded but by looking at your experience looks like its going to be difficult

Nope….IRCTC asked me to contact payzapp…. Payzapp asked me to contact Bank and claim chargeback…i have faced similar issue in the past…received money after 8 months…

really ?? after 8 months.. if we dnt contact them, they will take own time ? who is culprit here ?

It was on and off(delayed on my part as well thinking that amazon will refund the money)…i had to complaint several times…in the end gave application to the branch manager to get the refund…Also banks take maximum 45 days to resolve one complaint…

I should get refund from no broker app…of 7920 rupees ..on Nov 3 but today when I open the PayZapp transaction history…it is showing refund amount of 7920 from no broker..but beside of the amount it showing me cross mark❌ but I can’t see money in wallet…but when I requested for wallet statement from PayZapp …in statement I can see money has credited…it showing me closing balance of 7920 but… current balance has 0…can I know when my money get back to meet…plzz help mee
