write a email to Paytm & Sony regarding your issue. or chat with different executives of Sony.

You can deal with all of them but Sony are a bunch of retards. They will make you look like an idiot reading out all the nonsense rules. They are over protective of their dealerships and think they have niche products. I agree they make some of the best hardware but blacklisting online sellers is stupidity. Hope someone files a case against them in consumer court and all those who blacklist online sellers are taught a lesson.

Agree that they need to protect against deep discounts and they have other routes for that but targeting unsuspecting customers is nuts. But no one has answered about this in any forums or complained about it as far as I have seen. This might be their strategy to scare customers and dissuade them from buying it online. Because once you have bought and paid valid taxes then they cannot reject it because it is not some grey market product.

@cody dont take risk….. gadgets like tv r not meant for only 1or2 year use….& u cant compromise with its warranty at any cost

Usha co. Gives only 1yr warranty on purchasing products online (motor as well) where as for offline purchase they give 1yr complete warranty + 5yr on motor

Dude I have taken so many benefits with ol purchase that I don’t want to rigidly support my opinion.

The thing here is if a company denies of any such purchase I will tear them down in consumer courts as these companies are aware of such things and they directly sell their products. Or the other way is to create a fake bill with a fake shop name which has closed so company has to anyways honour my purchase otherwise I am gonna **** them anyways.
