Urgent help regarding flipkart grocery missing item

Today around 8:30pm when my flipkart grocery order was being delivered I noticed desi ghee was missing and informed delivery person he marked the product missing in his app and told me I would receive refund soon. But now in my app order is showing delivered and when i tried to contact or raise this issue in app I got no option only option was showing to return. When I clicked on it asked me to mention reason where I wrote item missing and submitted after that they have created a pickup request. What should I do?

You didn't read it properly I told the delivery person that item is missing and he then marked the item missing in his app. He told me not worry and I will receive refund after some time.
Just request a call service in particular order section from flipkart app/website. U will receive a call from their side in your preferred language, narrate ur concern with them, that's it, they will ask u to wait for 2-3 days for verification, after following verification a team member will again call for regarding ur concern, most probably they will ask u to choose replacement or refund.

I rejected whole order few months back for missing ghee but nowadays they refund for partial delivery. Tweet them and send them email stating facts.
I have raised the issue through chat which started late in night miraculously because I had tried number of times before that it was not working. The CC has told that they are looking into it and will resolveit in 3 days.
I have recieved the refund from flipkart in evening. I thank everyone here for their prompt response. I lost some discount on this deal but didn't loose money.🙏🏻
how bro mine refund still not received for missing 2 - 3 items & similar above case delivery person told me he market missing from his side
One point I want to make is that in chat CC told me that delivery person doesn't have option to mark item missing. But I saw it in his app because he was also telling me this only when I told him to show the app there was option to mark item missing he clicked on that and marked the order delivered.
I believe delivery person is genuine and its on part of flipkart how to show in customer app. In my city I can say 99.99% delivery persons are helpful I have till date must have placed hundreds of order on various sites but don't remember any prominent breach of trust.
Once I had ordered a replacement for bluetooth speaker and while opening box I found that it used and defective piece he immediately repacked it and told me that he will call me again and I have refuse the delivery so that he can mark it undelivered so I was saved from the trouble of refund.
Today Atta [(NAFED 10Kg (order first time for testing)] was missing from my order.
Delivery person marked it missing and Processed Refund instantly
Reflected instantly at order page
He left after my confirmation.
Moreover they send a wholesale pack of one item instead of single item
delivery person asked me about the quantity and took out one item from the packet and took back rest with him

Call them. Since, it's open box, it is. Going to be a problem.
Trick for next time - before they start putting things tell them to count them each item wise. Verify it with items written on app.
Tell them to wait recheck again & then confirm them.
