Most unprofessional company. They did not deliver the order. No reply for ticket on mail or Twitter. Going to chargeback the amount on Credit Card and never going to order from them.

Customer care and escalation are a gimmick.Its a fraud company. I lost 3500 already and no on cares there. Can anyone give me ceo I'd. I left money as a charity but want to write a strong email to them. Do not buy from here pls.
W.r.t. ticket no. #629442757094 and further ticket no. #698561277036, PFA the cancelled cheque for refund. Also ticket no. #629154105711 is closed without any resolution.New ticket no. #701271854502 is raised where app shows order is delivered whereas it is not delivered actually. If there is any conflict, please ask delivery boy the OTP as I have not shared any otp with him.
Day by day, services of jiomart is going down. Will post the same mail to other social media sites too to make others aware of jiomart services.
Note: All orders are prepaid.
They doesn't delivery the order on time. Daily they will postponed the date of delivery
No point in escalating to cshead email id, all are part of the fraud i believe, recently I have ordered two times on Jiomart, once its COD and the delivery boy said the payment did not get credited to Jiomart (actually payment is successful) so asked me to do it again which i did and said the first payment will be credited back to my account in 2 to 3 days, which never happend, despite of me calling, emailing multiple times, and second time its prepaid, i mean paid at the time of ordering, so now the order was never delivered to me, however it marked as delivered, since then tried multiple time calling, emailing cs/cshead but finally they said the amount is credited to my Jiomart wallet but I done see any wallet in my jiomart account and none responds or cares...so be very careful & exercise extreme caution when ordering or dealing with Jiomart or Jio, I even have issue with Jio sim none cares.
I bought a Foxsky led tv from reliance jio mart platform but I have received damaged product and I have informed to jio mart area employee on same day 25 Jan 2023 and till date I don’t get any solution and the company employees are not responding
I order Noise ear buds nano on 9 April 2023 and product is delivered on 18 April after so many phone calls next is the product delivered to me was also defective I raised many returns complaint but they denied saying that we don't have such policy. Pls help me to get back my Hard earned money from these fraud they selling garbage
I ordered pack of 2 tops on jiomart on 21 March but they delivered only one top on 23 March from that day my return is processing but they don't do anything I have sent them so many mail and called them too but no resolution is yet.
Only we are sorry we will do as quickly as possible
