If its not open box delivery then you can create unboxing video and raise issue if any problem there. Open box delivery is not a necessary thing and only available with ekart delivery. Since, its delhivery, i doubt it would be open box.

Shipments done from other that ekart courier doesn't offer open box deliveries but they Flipkart offers return/replacement in these cases
Also do make a unboxing video for future reference.
Was the Open box delivery method in order details from the beginning or after you receive otp?
You can reject delivery, if you have not cancelled a lot of orders in past. Then it will not be a big issue, as a single incident is not going to lead to your account closure.
Also, you can accept delivery. Make sure to make the unboxing video, so that you will have proof.

You will get intimation of open box delivery a day before delivery through a phone call. You will also receive an OTP for accepting the delivery. So you can cancel or accept it accordingly I think open box delivery put purchaser at disadvantage because we cannot check every thing in short time.
If possible you should make a video when opening the box.
Wait till order is OFD . If otp and OBD is written accept it otherwise refuse it. Automatically refund will be issued and you will receive in 5-7 days.
Only ekart has the facility of open box delivery. On your order page it will show "Open box delivery will be done"
I would recommend you to still accept the delivery, unless you're getting equally good offer at Amazon as well. My first priority is always Amazon since their customer support is next level, totally flawless. And if you're stuck with Flipkart, make sure to properly record the package from every side before starting to unbox so that it can be proved that the package is sealed properly and you haven't opened it from the back and making fake claims by recording from the front. And focus on the front label as well.
Flipkart customer service is worst nowadays. They simply ask you to wait for the resolution in 2-3 days and if you call them for multiple issues, they simply block your account! Flipkart is not like it was before!

Received order on 23rd. No open box delivery but didn't face any issue. Everything is fine.
