Height (also width*) is too low? 30-50cm? For usage with a bean bag?

Instead of spending high on these fancy items, I’d suggest to get one xxxl bean bag of your choice, either from online or offline which should come ~2-2.5k max with beans. Then take one laptop cooling fan with base ~500. Never purchased this online so can’t recommend anything particular. Choose as per your need.

Bro, its better to visit a local shop for these things and buy as per your convenience from there. Believe me you will be spending lesser money and getting more practical things for yourself for furniture

If you need this setup for office work (long hours), it’s a waste of money. You can’t sit for long on floor while offering office productivity.

Get a proper table, min height 30inch from a local carpenter. In my area, the utterly raw and basic table, no finishing, 4ft x 3ft table costs just 500.  You can get a smaller one within a budget of 1000 very easily, even foldable ones, readymade usually available at furniture shops. And with the remaining money, get an office chair. 4k would be sufficient for complete setup.
You can even use a plastic chair but they usually don’t have cushions and are not designed ergonomically.

@mrKool_JJ you may find basic tables in local shops.
I am using table bought from furniture shop for 800 rs.
Also, bean bag is good alternative; you should get xxxl size below 2.5k online.

Now coming to how you want to work like proper office setup or just a small table on your bed.

I will pick first the small table on bed ( using myself)
- if you like near student areas you could find these table for around 200-300 Maxx (https://www.flipkart.com/masterfit-metal-study-...)
- if not better look out for carpenter who can build you one.. Advantage would be you would get sturdy table and definitely cheaper too.. Just have table legs enough height so you are comfortable keeping it on your lap. Also but of inclination helps like frontegs are 13 cm then closer ones are 10 cms.. I hope you getting my point.. Try not to keep table flat..

Even i am in search of height adjustable laptop table….went physically twice in span of 2 weeks to infantry road bangalore where there are series of furniture shops but failed and then searched online but couldn’t bear the higher pricing compared to pre covid period

purchased on 12th July just 2 days before 2nd lockdown for 899 and received just yesterday but was in damaged condition so ordered for replacement…now thinking to cancel and wait till prime day sale to grab some good discount

I used the Portronics table but it is very flimsy. I would suggest to search OLX in your city for local listing. Local manufacturers put up ads there. I found similar table with white board top for 800Rs in Pune, whereas same was being sold for 1500 in shops and for even more online.

I have this tilt adjustable one which is also whiteboard marker. Also has paper holder clip. Stands are independent and heavy. Nice blue metal frame. Rs. 700. 60×40×25cm. Height is not enough if want to put leg under it comfortably

If 4k is your budget and your using only a laptop no other stuff: Then get a tablemate (1500-1700) and a comfortable plastic chair( ~1000)
