I have a 10yr old split Hitachi AC. The local service person replaced a capacitor which made the inside fan motor sharp/sudden. The rotor/motor now runs fast and accelerates suddenly. Now the inside fan motor is making very high noise.
Any idea what did he do wrong? Maybe some dampening is damaged? Why is rotor making noise?
How to resolve this?
Technician might have replaced capacitor the of the higher rated capacitor which can burn the motor if the capacitor value is not matching with the previous capacitor.

I asked him. He put the same capacitor as old one. The inside motor is making noise.
