Using mobikwik amex on Paytm wallet load

Hello,
I used my mobikwik amex on paytm wallet load. Just to see the transaction charges, I made Add money transaction on Paytm for Rs.30 and I was charged extra 0.6 as 2% convenience charges but I was also charged Rs. 2 when it got deducted from mobikwik wallet. Any idea what is this Rs. 2? And is it a fixed charge or is it proportional to the amount transferred?
