utility Payment issue in Airtel App

On 3rd April , I did lpg payment using Airtel axis card on Airtel App but recharge shows in progress and Amount deducted from the card. Till now it shows the same and I am not able to contact customer care team. Is there any way to get complete this transaction or getting refund. ?? Please help regarding this.

I'm also facing same issue. One of my cc bill txn is showing in progress from last 5 days, no option to raise complaint with airtel team. Anyone aware customer support email and contact number to raise complaint for the refund.

No way of raising complaint. Only hope is they refund to source. Also no option to complaint in RBI ombudsman because it does not comes under Airtel payments bank
