Similar but only warning. In your case they are directly taking action without warning. Incoming funds from foreign might have triggered it. Talk to someone from nearby branch to get complete details.

Sorry Bro Due To Security Reason I Mentioned XXX123 But My Account Last Digit Is XXX616.

I have only one account with ICICI Bank “Insta Save Mine” which I opened in September 2021 when they approved my Amazon ICICI CC.

its 0 balance account which I don’t want close.

Bro My Amazon ICICI Bank Credit Card Also Closed??? 

Better to open an Offline account from another bank.

Two issues can be the reason - 

1. Insta Account

2. Your Father’s NRI account sending more than 50K

This is the trend with ICICI.. I’m seeing this trend from 2 years.. 

2 years ago, one of my friend faced this issue.he used to transfer around 40k , 50k to his ICICI Account from his other account then transferred to some other person using UPI. He did this 3 to 4 times in 2 month’s..

One fine day ICICI Bank Freezed his account without any notice. Me and my friend visited branch for 10 to 12 times for no use. After all the discussion with the bank executives finally manager checked his account and told us  that ..’You are depositing and immediately transferring high value amount to other persons repeatedly. This triggered the system as suspicious activity"

FINALLY MANAGER CONCLUDES THAT WE HAVE TO OPEN CURRENT ACCOUNT.

Visited 10-12 times!! If it had been PSB, though you might needed to stand in queue for 20-30 minutes, but your account could have been unfreezed in 1-2 visits max. 

and what people say,  PSB are lazy and inefficient!!

even worst thing is that my friend got a pre approved loan of 2.5lakhs  from an nbfc..Just a day before the disbursal ICICI Freezed his account..

both CREDITS and DEBITS Freezed by ICICI..So the nbfc unable to disburse the loan to his account.thats why we visited the branch multiple times to clear the issue otherwise we would have let it go..

Finally nbfc cancelled his loan.THANKS TO ICICI.

i checked with one of icici executive he said bank does this whenever they find saving account is being used for business.
and one can open current account instead.

he advised you need to prove that this not used for business purposes and only for personal only

CC is different, it will not close
By writing to ICICI nodal officer and RBI u can, most probably, keep this account reopened but may not be zero bal anymore
Go with equitas or SBI for zero bal fully operative account with no absurd conditions

Bro I have account with SBI but no Pre-approved Offer received, But ICICI provide many pre-approved offers only in 2 months like cardless EMI, personal loan,bike loan etc, Otherwise bhaad main jaye ICICI Bank 😬
