Thanks

Ditched jio and moved to airtel DSL which was the right decision for me.

So not the right person who can answer

Also dongles are gone everyone uses Hotspot on phone since no pure data service exists. Each plan comes with unlimited calling.

I have seen a few using Huawei recently. There should be a few models from TP Link, D Link etc….any brand should do IMO.

VFM Dongle is your old phone 😇
Serves the purpose..on plus side you also get a screen and a calling facility

I don’t think there are anymore vfm 4g compatible usb dongles which work with all 3 service providers without issues.

For short duration its ok to use hotspot however it can not be used in long run. Hotspot will heat your mobile which may cause physical damage to device (and nearby people).

Never faced that issue. My old S7 is used as hotspot when ever my ISP is down .
I am waiting for my router to reach me..so that I can have dual ISP setup (1 via Fiber ISP+ 1 mobile via USB)

So need to buy a different one for different service providers? Any suggestions for jio? They keep on releasing new models after like every quarter and the old one’s go oos.

MR 100 new hai
Wingle old hai

All sim work np

Sabse sasta to JDR740 hi 1900+6month free but jio ka speed mobile me 10 mbps aata hai to hi lena vrna paisa barbaad .  Airtel ka bhi hai store me 2500 me lekin postpaid sim lena hoga

Sabse ghatiya baat ye ki 3 me hi band lock possible nahi hai to sabkuch network pr depend krega

Check above post bhai, you can also consider usb tethering for sharing 4g connection which should be less heat producing than wifi hotspot mode.
