Vi bank sms not receiving

unable to receive banking sms on Vi(vodafone)
able to receive sms from pharmeasy, netmeds, flipkart etc.
Then tried sending sms with other mobile number like jio but unable to receive that sms too
alredy checked sms center number, contacted Vi to lodge a ticket and changed handset from android to iphone and then back (even this did not help)
Anyone here has any idea as to why i am able to get some sms but not other ? How is this possible??
Flipkart – receiving
Pharmeasy – receiving
1mg – receiving
Vi SMS – receiving
BANK SMS – not receiving

unable to receive sms from my other number too
I think sms are going into spam folder. Check spam and blocked section of the sms app. Once faced such issue with swiggy.
tried adding sim to multiple phones and also checked all sms folders
In one Vi no. I can send SMS only when the network is 2G and not in 4G VoLTE! Prior to that due to some issue with the Message Center no. couldn’t send messages at all but IIRC IC SMS were delivered in both modes. Maybe check in 2G once.
tried – still nothing
Try with phone wifi turned off or on if already off.
Change the Message app. Sometimes this will work.
Could it not be problem from your bank’s side?
