Bharatiya Janata Party contestant from Dabhoi assembly seat in Gujarat, Shailesh Sotta on Thursday courted controversy by allegedly saying that the population of ‘topi and dadhiwalas’, an apparent reference to Muslims, should be ‘reduced’.
